苗药大果木姜子油口服乳剂的稳定性研究

摘  要:目的考察苗药大果木姜子油口服乳剂的稳定性。方法以乳剂的外观、粒径大小、Zeta电位、分布系数、大果木姜子油中1,8-桉叶素含量和离心稳定性作为综合的评价指标,进行高温、光照、冻-融循环试验和加速试验。结果大果木姜子油口服乳剂在(25±2)℃条件下避光保存6月内稳定性良好。结论为苗药大果木姜子油口服乳剂进一步的长期试验和有效期的确定奠定了基础。Objective To investigate the stability of oral emulsions of the oleum cinnamomi oil of Miao natio- nality herbal. Methods The emulsions appearance, particle size, Zeta potential, distribution coefficient, 1,8-cineol content of the oleum cinnamomi oil and centrifugal stability were used as the comprehensive evaluation index. We conducted the high temperature, the illumination, the freeze-thaw cycle test and the accelerated test. Results In (25±2)℃ conditions stored away from light, the oral emulsions of the oleum cinnamomi oil could kept steady in 6 months. Conclusion The test established foundation for the further long-term test and the study of period of validity of oral emulsions of the oleum cinnamomi oil of Miao nationality herbal.
