发电机定冷水系统含氢量高原因分析及处理

摘　　要：神华内蒙古准格尔发电有限责任公司3号发电机运行中发现定冷水含氢量超标,严重影响机组的安全稳定运行,对此及时采取了对定冷水箱连续充氮等措施,将定冷水含氢量控制在安全范围内。检修中通过保压查漏试验发现绝缘引水管接头处、底部排空堵头、线棒、出线罩绝缘盒等部位存在漏氢现象,对此采取了焊缝补焊、更换O型圈、更换绝缘引水管及线棒等措施,经处理后对其进行定子绕组严密性试验,漏气率为0.61%,达到合格范围,排除了定冷水系统漏氢的故障。Excessive amount of cold hydrogen occured during operation of the set 3 in Shenhua Inner Mongolia Zhungeer Power Generation Co.,Ltd., which seriously affected the unit＇s safe and stable operation. Therefore take a cold water tank for continuous fixed nitrogen and other measures that will be cold hydrogen content control in a safe range. Overhaul by holding pressure leak test found insulated water pipe joints, bottom drain plug, wire rods, outlet boxes and other parts of the insulating cover presence of hydrogen leakage phenomenon, insulating water pipes tightness test, 1 leak fixed water eakage system which took a seam welding, replace the O-type coil, replace and wire rods and other measures to be treated stator winding rate of 0.61%, reaching acceptable range, by which the hydrogen failures were overcome.
