山东省高校物理实验教师职业倦怠现状与对策研究

摘　　要：职业倦怠现象已经成为社会各行业普遍出现的心理问题,高校物理实验教师作为高校物理实验教学的实施者,其职业倦怠现象越来越受到人们的关注.高校物理实验教师的职业倦怠现象不仅对本人,也对大学生和高校物理实验教学会产生不良影响.本文主要运用调查问卷法及数量统计法,对山东省高校物理实验教师的职业倦怠现状进行了研究,并根据存在的问题提出了建议.Burnout experiment teachers as traeted more and more themselves, but also to phenomenon has become a widespread social psychological problem of college physics implementers of the college physics experiment teaching. Burnout phenomenon has atattention. Physics experiment teachers＇ burnout phenomenon not only has impact to college students and college physics experiment teaching. By means of the questionnaire method and statistics, the conditions of college physics experiment teachers＇ burnout in Shandong province are studied, and suggestions are given according to the existing problems.
