摘 要:基于新疆582份调研数据,采用离散选择模型对影响新生代少数民族农民工进城务工满意度的影响因素进行计量回归分析发现,汉语交流水平、文化程度、自己掏钱培训、社会保障等变量均在5%的概率水平下对满意度有显著贡献作用;家庭经济收入水平、宗教信仰、工资收入水平等变量均在1%概率水平下影响显著;培训经历、就业歧视、工资拖欠、宗教活动和饮食习惯是决定满意度的显著因素。In this paper, We examines factor influencing ethnic minority migrant workers' satisfaction by the discrete choice model based on survey data of RMESE project, it was found that the factors such as exchange level, cultural level, training fee, social security and other variables had significant contribution on job satisfaction under the 5% probability level; variables such as family economic income, religious belief, the level of wage income effect on satisfaction were significant under the 1% probability level; Training, employment discrimination, wage arrears, religious activities and diet were significant factors determining the degree of satisfaction.
