摘　　要：基本药物制度是国家药品政策的核心和药品供应保障体系的基础,实施4年来,一定程度上缓解了国民"看病贵"的难题,并带来多方面的综合效果。但在理念共识、业务流程、质量监管、普及导向等方面仍存在一些问题,需要多方联动,全程监管,才能进一步巩固完善基本药物制度,让国民用上放心药。Essential drugs system is the core of the national drug policy and the base of drug supplysecurity system, during the past four years of its implementation, to some extent, it effectively alleviated people＇s ＂expensive treatment＂ problem, bringing multifaceted complex effects. But there are still some problems in terms of concept consensus, business process, quality supervision, popularization and guidance. So it needs multilinkage, full supervision, and further reinforce and improvement on the Essential Drug System, so as to let people access to safe medicines.
