摘 要:实体膨胀管补贴套管技术与常规技术相比具有强度高、密封可靠、修复后通径大等优点,特别适用于套损井修复。介绍了实体膨胀管补贴套管的技术原理,给出了实体膨胀管技术参数及技术指标。大港油田埕海2-2人工岛张海31-27井244.5mm生产套管在试油过程中发生泄漏,使用常规挤水泥堵漏技术未能有效封堵漏点,使用国产实体膨胀管补贴套管技术有效地封堵了漏点,快速恢复了油井生产。Compared with the conventional methods of damaged casing remediation , solid expandable tubular had the advantages of high strength , reliable sealing , large diameter after it was repaired , particularly suitable for repairing the casing damaged wells.The technical principles of the solid expandable tubular methods of damaged casing remediation were introduced , technical parameters and technical index were given.244.5mm production casing leakage is found in well testing of Well Zhanghai 31-27in Chenghai 2-2Artificial Island of Dagang Oilfield.Conventional cement squeezing and plugging technology are effective for sealing the leakage , but domestic solid expandable tubular is effectively used for sealing the it , thus oil production is quickly restored.
