摘  要:目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀对不稳定型心绞痛患者血浆基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-1、3、8水平的影响及疗效观察。方法 70例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组。两组均予以常规对症支持治疗。观察组加用瑞舒伐他汀片10 mg,1次/d,连用6个月。结果治疗6个月后,观察组TC、TG和LDL-C水平均有明显下降、HDL-C水平明显上升(P<0.05);同时两组血清MMP-1、3、8水平均有明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),且观察组下降值更显著(P<0.05),观察组心绞痛控制总有效率明显高于对照组(χ2=6.65,P<0.01),两组均无明显药物不良反应。结论瑞舒伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛具有较好疗效及安全性,作用可能与其能降低血脂及血清MMP-1、3、8水平相关。Objective To investigate the impact of rosuvastatin on plasma matrix metalioproteinase (MMP) -1,3,8 lev- els in patients with unstable angina and its clinical efficacy. Methods Seventy cases of patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Symptomatic and supportive treatmen were given in both groups of patients. The observation group were given rosuvastatin tablets 10 mg, once daily for 6 months on this basis. Results After 6 months of treatment, TC, TG and LDL-C levels in the observation group decreased significantly, HDL-C levels significantly increased than before (P 〈 0.05). Serum levels of MMP-1, 3, 8 level significantly decreased (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ) than before, and the decline in value in the observation group was more significant compared with that in the control group (P 〈 0.05), the total angina control efficiency in the observation group is significantly higher than that in the control group (χ2=6.65, P 〈0.01 ), there were no no significant adverse drug reactions during the course of medication. Conclusion Rosuvastatin in the therapy of unstable angina statin has better clinical efficacy and safety, and its mechanism of action may be related to significantly lowering blood lipid levels, lowering of serum MMP-1, 3 8 levels.
