围手术期护理策略对妇科手术后腹胀的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨针对妇科手术后采取不同围术期护理方法对术后腹胀情况的影响。方法选取我院妇产科收治的100例需做妇科手术的患者,将其按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组50例患者采取常规护理模式,观察组50例患者采取综合护理模式。观察两组患者经不同护理方式后的排气情况、腹胀程度以及腹胀发生率。结果观察组患者在术后48～72 h内排气的人数较对照组高28.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者无腹胀的人数较观察组少36.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的腹胀发生率(24.00%)明显低于对照组患者的腹胀发生率(60.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妇科术后腹胀采取临床综合护理的方法能有效地促进妇科手术后患者胃肠功能恢复,缩短首次肛门排气时间,减轻腹胀,促进伤口愈合,减轻患者痛苦,促进康复,值得推广和应用。Objective To discuss the perioperative nursing gynecological operation. Methods Chose 100 cases of these care strategies＇ influence on abdominal distension after patients who had to receive gynecological operation at our hospital,divided them into observation group and control group according to random number table, each group has 50 cases,adopted conventional nursinf care to control group＇ s patients,while adopted comprehensive nursing care to obser- vation group＇s patients. The incidence of abdominal distension, abdominal distension and exhaust situation in the two groupsafter diiferent nursing manners were observed. Results The number of patients who exhausted air after 48-72 hours of operation in observation group were 28.00% more than control group＇s,it has statistics meaning. In the obser- vation group, the incidence of abdominal distension （24%） was significantly lower than the control group （60%）, it had statistics difference. Conclusion On the problems of bloating after gynecological operations, clinical comprehensive nursing care can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal functions, shorten the first anal exhaust time, relieve abdominal distention, promote wound healing, and reduce the suffering,which is worth widely using.
