个性化护理干预对初产妇情绪状态及分娩结局满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨个性化护理干预对初产妇情绪状态、分娩结局及满意度的影响。方法将134例产妇随机分成对照组和观察组,对照组采取常规的护理及宣教,观察组采用个性化护理(医院+社区+家庭一体化护理模式)干预。比较两组初产妇情绪状态、分娩结局、平均产程时间、满意度及产后出血。结果两组产妇干预前SAS、SDS评分比较无明显差异(P>0.05),干预后观察组SAS、SDS评分值明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组分娩知识、分娩态度、产时应对行为评分均明显高于对照组,而平均产程却显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组经个性化护理后,顺产率和满意度均显著高于对照组,而产后出血发生率却显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理干预可减轻产妇的不良情绪,提高顺产率,增加满意度,提高产科的护理质量。Objective To discuss the influence of individualized nursing intervention on emotion, postpartum hemorrhage and the degree of satisfaction to delivery results of primipara. Methods A total of 134 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group adopted conventional nursing and the propaganda. The intervention group adopted the individualized nursing （integration of hospital＋community＋family nursing mode） intervention. The duration of childbirth, the degree of satisfaction, results and the postpartum hemorrhage of two group were analyzed. Results There were no significant differences in the SAS, SDS score of two groups （P 〉 0.05）, but after nursing SAS, SDS score of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）, delivery knowledge, attitude, labor production coping behavior score in observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, while the average labor of observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group （P〈 0.05）, the rate of vaginal delivery and satisfaction of observation group were significantly higher than control group, and the incidence rate of postpartum hemorrhage of observation group was significantly lower than control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Individualized nursing intervention may ease parturient woman＇s bad mood and enhance. The production rate, the degree of satisfaction and obstetrics＇s nursing quality.
