肝素+抗生素封管预防血透中心静脉导管感染有效性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨肝素+抗生素封管预防血液透析中心静脉导管感染的效果。方法选取200例景德镇市第二人民医院血透室中心静脉置管血透患者,随机分为A、B两组,每组100例。A组用肝素+抗生素混合液封管,B组用纯肝素封管,观察两组血透患者中心静脉置管引发的感染及其他并发症的发生情况,并对比分析。结果A组中心静脉置管的感染率为8.0%,B组中心静脉置管的感染率为23.0%,A组中心静脉置管的感染率明显低于B组;两组的渗血、出血以及堵塞等并发症均无差异。结论肝素+抗生素混合液封管能有效预防血透中心静脉置管引发的感染,且不增加其他并发症,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the efficacy of antimicrobial-impregnated and heparin-bonded central venous catheters on preventing catheter-related infections. Methods A sample of 200 hemodialysis patients using central ve- nous catheters from Jingdezhen Second People＇s Hospital was randomly divided into two equal groups. Group A used antimicrobial-impregnated and heparin-bonded central venous catheters and group B used pure heparin-bonded catheters. The incidence of catheter-related infections and the occurrence of complications in two groups were com- pared. Results The infection rate in group A was 8.0%, which was significantly lower than the rate of 23.0% in group B. Furthermore, there was no difference in complications including exudation, bleeding and blockage between two groups. Conclusion Antimicrobial-impregnated and heparin-bonded central venous catheters can effectively prevent catheter-related infections without increasing the risk of other complications. It is worth using widely in clinical practice.
