摘　　要：目的总结腰大池穿刺持续引流术后并发症及其临床预防经验。方法通过对该院2009年1月—2012年12月200例行腰大池穿刺持续引流术的患者进行回顾性分析,查找其并发症并总结临床预防经验。结果并发症共11种,43例,出现率21.5%。除外穿刺失败因素共31例,出现率15.5%。结论腰大池穿刺持续引流术后并发症并不少见,影响疗效,甚至危及生命,积极预防,意义重大。Objective Summarize the Lumbar continuous drainge of fluid clinical experience in prevention and treatment of complications after surgery. Methods Through our hospital between January 2009 and December 2012 routine the Lumbar continuous drainge of fluid for patients： a retro- spective analysis, find and summarize the experience of clinical prevention of complications. Results All 11 of 43 cases of complications, prevalence of 21.5%.Except puncturing failed a total of 31 cases, incidence of 15.5%.Conclusion Percutaneous Lumbar continuous drainge of fluid in posto- perative complications are not uncommon, affect the efficacy, even life-threatening, proactive prevention, is significant.
