生长抑素在保守治疗消化性溃疡穿孔的研究

摘　　要：目的对消化性溃疡穿孔的保守治疗进行总结和报道,进一步明确生长抑素在治疗消化性溃疡穿孔的作用。方法在一定时期内对160例明确诊断为消化性溃疡穿孔的病例,随机设立研究组及对照组,研究组给以生长抑素6mg/d,其他治疗方法同对照组相同,观察两组的胃液引流量、肠功能恢复时间、住院天数、保守成功率等指标。结果两组病人在胃液引流量、住院天数、保守成功率方面差异有统计学意义,肠功能恢复时间差异无统计学意义。结论生长抑素在提高保守治疗消化性溃疡穿孔的成功率方面起着比较重要的作用。Objective Summarized and reported in the conservative treatment of peptic ulcer perforation. To further clarify the somatostatin role in the treatment of peptic ulcer perforation. Methods Set up a study group and the control group in a certain period of 160 patients with a clear diagnosis of perforated peptic ulcer cases,random. Study group were given somatostatin 6mg/day, the other treatments were the same as the control group. Observed in both groups of gastric juice drainage, intestinal function recovery time, hospital stay, conservative success rate indicators. Results The two groups of patients in the gastric juice drainage,hospital days,conservative success rate differences,no significant differences in intestinal function recovery time. Conclusion Somatostatin plays an important role in improving the success rate of conservative treatment of peptic ulcer perforation.
