摘　　要：目的探讨乳山市公共场所中茶座卫生状况,为制定具体的监督措施提供依据。方法抽查35家茶座,制定卫生监督检查登记表进行调查。同时采样检测公用杯具样品175份、空气质量监测525项次。结果 35家单位,有效卫生许可证持证率80.00%;健康、培训合格证持证率78.10%;卫生管理组织、制度健全率77.14%,卫生管理建档合格率51.43%;禁烟合格率8.57%;公用杯具检测合格率69.14%;空气质量监测合格率93.14%。结论现场监督检查项目及检测项目合格率均低,应加强经常性卫生监督检测,提高茶座卫生质量。Objective Understanding the health situation at Rushan City teahouse in public places, providing the basis for the development of specific surveillance measures. Methods Sampling 35 teahouse, development of health supervision and inspection registration form for investigation. While sampling public sample cups 175, 525 air quality monitoring. Results 35 units, valid health permit holders to rate 80%; health, training certification rate certified 78.1%; health management organizations, health 77.14%, health management documentation 51.43% pass rate in smoking rate 8.57%; public Cup with a detection rate of 69.14%; 93.14% qualification rate of air quality. Conclusion Site supervision and inspection projects and inspection project rate is low, regular health supervision and inspection should be strengthened to improve health quality at teahouse.
