摘　　要：目的探讨MSCT在四肢小关节骨折诊断中的诊断价值。方法对笔者所在医院收治的四肢小关节骨折68例患者的病例资料进行回顾性分析,所有患者均进行X线、MSCT检查,并进行三维重建,笔者对所有患者的X线、MSCT影像学资料进行比较分析研究。结果所有患者均进行手术治疗明确诊断,X线检查的诊断符合率为51.5%(35/68),MSCT检查的诊断符合率为100%,两种检查诊断符合率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MSCT三维重建可细致观察到微小、隐匿性的骨折部位,诊断符合率明显高于X线检查,可为术者提供骨折情况、手术入路的选择等影像学资料。Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of the MSCT application in the diagnosis of joint fracture in small limbs. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of the 68 patients with joint fracture in small limbs trested in the writer’s hospital in February 2011 to April 2012, all patients had been examined with the X-ray, MSCT examination, and 3D reconstruction, and the author made a comparative analysis research on the X-ray, MSCT imaging data of all patients. Results All patients had been made a clear diagnosis of surgical treatment, the coincidence rate of the X-ray diagnosis was 51.5%（35/68）, MSCT inspection diagnosis 100%,the coincidence rate of the two kinds inspection diagnosis is significant different, and it had a statistical significance（P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion The MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction can observe the tiny, occult fracture site, its diagnosis coincidence rate is obviously higher than that of the X-ray, it can also provide the patients their fracture condition, the choice of surgical approach and so on of the imaging data.
