奇正消痛贴+青鹏膏剂治疗陈旧性腰肌损伤的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨奇正消痛贴+青鹏膏剂治疗陈旧性腰肌损伤患者的临床疗效。方法对2011年9月份—2012年6月份来该院就诊,并确诊为陈旧性腰肌损伤78例患者(病程均在1年以上),观察并比较使用奇正消痛贴膏+青鹏膏剂1个疗程前后疼痛、压痛及功能改善情况,并观察治疗后局部不良反应的发生情况。结果 78例患者全部完成观察内容,患者经奇正消痛贴膏+青鹏膏剂治疗后明显减轻疼痛,显著改善腰椎功能,总有效率96.15%。极少数患者贴药部位发生皮肤过敏反应。结论奇正消痛贴膏+青鹏膏剂治疗慢性陈旧性腰肌损伤效果满意。Objective To observe the the Qizheng eliminate pain paste ＋ Qing Peng ointment for treatment of old psoas injury pa- tients clinical efficacy. Methods June to September 2011 -2012 our hospital for treatment, and 78 patients （duration in years） di- agnosed with old psoas muscle damage, obsetwe and compare Qizheng eliminate pain paste ＋ Qing Peng ointment a course of treatment before and after the pain, tenderness, and functions to improve the situation, and to observe the occurrence of local ad- verse reactions after treatment. Results 78 patients completed the observation content,Pain in patients after Qizheng eliminate pain paste＋ Qing Peng ointment treatment significantly reduced lumbar function significantly improved, with a total effective rate of 96.15%. A very small number of patients paste medicine site of allergic skin reaction. Conclusion Satisfied with the Qizheng e- liminate pain paste＋ Qing Peng ointment treatment of chronic old psoas muscle damage effect.
