摘  要:在钢铁、有色金属轧制主机的系统设备里,大型的鼓风机、压缩机等驱动用的高压变频器,其随着系统设备的大规模化,不断要求配套的变频器大容量化和操控盘的智能化。富士电机公司为满足这些要求,一直研究着水冷技术和小型化技术,并充分应用实验中的研究成果。,力图通过水冷技术提高冷却性能与可靠性,已使水冷大容量高压变频器【FRENIC4800VM5】产品化。在实现了输出功率比本公司原来增大2.4倍的大容量化同时,达到了操作盘外形尺寸比原来小1/3的紧凑结构特点要求。High-voltage inverters used to drive main rolling mills for steel and non-ferrous metal materials, large blowers and compressors are seeing increased demands for higher capacities and reduced dimensions as facilities increase in scale. Fuji Electric is conducting researches in the water cooling and miniaturization technoloNes needs to meet these requests. Through repeated analysis and testing, we aimed to improve cooling performance and reliability through water cooling technology and as a result released the FRENIC4800VM5, a water-cooled, high-capacity, and high-voltage inverter, which has 2.4 times more output capacity and 1/3 smaller panel dimension compared to our previous models.
