摘　　要：今年2月,美国和欧盟正式启动了自由贸易区谈判。美欧自由贸易区的谈判内容、谈判难点以及是否能够预期完成,引起了国际社会广泛关注。本文分析了美欧自贸区谈判的背景和对世界经济、贸易的影响,探讨了美欧自贸区谈判的三大难点和达成协议的可能性,提出了中国加快实施自贸区战略,积极应对美欧自贸区建设的建议。The United States and the European Union officially launched FTA negotiations in February this year. Contents of the negotiations of the US-EU FTA, difficulties in the negotiations, whether negotiations can be expected to complete or not, all above have caused widespread concern in the international community. This paper analyzes the context of the negotiations and its impact on trade and the world economy, and explores three major difficulties of the negotiations and the possibility of reaching an agreement. China should speed up the implementation of a FTA strategy, and respond positively to the recommendations of the US-EU FTA.
