摘　　要：进口与出口、货物贸易与服务贸易、加工贸易与一般贸易是开放型经济体系的多元平衡发展中三个重要问题。其内部平衡、与经济发展需要平衡的交织关系是选择多元平衡发展战略及实施路径的重要参考因素。Import and export, goods trade and service trade, and processing trade and general trade are three key paired-issues in the multilateral balanced development of opening-up economic system. The mixture of balanced development among them and between with the Chinese economic development are the most important factors for setting up the development strategy.
