摘　　要：气象信息主动服务系统基于维基百科自动构建语义库,融入了信息检索、文本挖掘、语义网等技术,克服了传统信息处理中仅提供关键词查询服务、无法自动扩充数据库的缺点。该系统智能分析用户对话,自动回答用户提问;系统还能主动判断用户兴趣所在,主动进行提问;系统自动选取保存有价值的对话,不断扩充数据库。经测试该系统已经取得一定的效果。The initiative service for meteorological information builds semantic Web based on Wikipedia. With the integration of information retrieval, text mining and semantic Web, the system can overcome the shortcoming of traditional information processing system that only provides keyword search service and cannot expand the system database automatically. The system can answer user questions; analyze user＇ s records to determine the user＇ s region of interest and ask in reply initiatively; save the valuable dialogue to expand the database automatically. And it is proved that the system has achieved certain effects.
