摘 要:现有视频质量诊断系统因其算法复杂、检测效率较低以及对硬件资源要求较高,不适合大规模推广;并且其检测的很多视频软性故障在数字化视频监控系统中极少出现。为此,提出一种对无视频和图像过黑等经常性视频故障快速检测的方法,并进行系统设计和实现。该方法主要根据无视频和过黑的监控图像中大多数区域的相邻像素点的灰度值变化率极小特点,采用像素点插值算法和投影法来对图像进行检测。通过对系统实际运行结果的分析,该算法实现了对常规视频故障的快速检测,能够满足大规模数字视频监控系统运行的需求。Because of the complexity of the algorithm, lower detection efficiency and higher requirements on hardware resources, existing video quality diagnostic system is not suitable for large-scale promotion. And its many softs for video fault detecting in digital video surveillance system are not very useful for the actual situation. This paper presented a method for the detection of the recurring video malfunction, including no video, image dark and so on, and designed this system. This method was mainly based on the feature that in most regions, the change rate of gray value of adjacent pixels is small in no video and too black image, and used the pixel interpolation algorithm and projection method to detect image. Through the analysis of the system operating results, this algorithm can achieve rapid detection and meet the needs of large-scale digital video surveillance system.
