摘　　要：研究了主井箕斗卸载过程及气动卸载控制装置存在的问题 ,用高效的液压控制装置取代了以前的气动控制装置。文中介绍了这种液压卸载控制装置的组成、特点以及液压系统的参数和元件的选定。改进后的控制装置操作简单、维修方便、工作可靠 ,值得有关矿山采用。The problems occurred in dumping process and on pneumatic control set of bottom dumping skip are investigated. A hydraulic control set with high efficiency has substituted for the former pneumatic control set. In this paper, the structure and features of the hydraulic control set and the selection of parameters and elements of hydraulic system are introduced. The improved control set is simple in operation, convenient in maintenance, reliable in running and worthy to be adopted by the mines concerned.
