摘 要:以过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,采用水相沉淀聚合工艺制备了不同单体的丙烯腈/丙烯酸甲酯(AN/MA)共聚物。研究了单体配比对AN/MA共聚合反应和共聚物化学结构的影响。结果表明:该工艺制得的PAN聚合物的具有较高的粘均分子量。红外谱图上存在C=O基团的伸缩振动峰及其吸收峰强度随共聚单体用量增加而增强,表明AN与MA发生了共聚合反应。Acrylonitrile(AN) was polymerized with methyl acrylate(MA)by aqueous deposited polymerization meth od used ammonium persulphate(APS)as initiator to synthesize high molecular weight AN/MA copolymers. Effect of mono- mer ratio on copolymerization of AN/MA and structures of different polymers were investigated. It is found that the PAN polymers prepared by this polymerization technology had higher viscosity average molecular weights. In the Fourier Trans form Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR)spectrograms, stretching vibrations of earbonyl group(C=O)were discovered with their absorption peak intensities becoming stronger along with the increase of required eomonomer amounts. It is shown that AN and MA were copolymerized together.
