摘 要:化学气相沉积制备的Parylene C膜(简称PC膜)表面能低,与其它材料的粘接强度低,钠-萘溶液处理是提高聚合物表面能的常用方法,但需要研究此种处理是否影响PC膜本身的相关性能。考查了钠-萘溶液处理对PC膜性能的影响。结果表明:表面处理使PC膜表面能得到明显提高(水接触角降低),与氟树脂的粘接力明显改善,同时,对PC膜的热稳定性、气体阻隔性、力学性能、透光性能等都没有明显影响。It is difficult to adhere the vapor deposited Parylene C film to other materials because of its low surface energy. Na-naphthaline solution treatment was commonly used to modify the surface and improve the surface energy of pol- ymer. But it should be made clear whether this method would change the performance of treated polymer or not. The surface of vapor deposited parylene C films was modified by the solution of Na-naphthaline, and the performance of air and moisture barrier and meehanics of films were measured. The adhesive strength of the film to fluoride resin was examined. The results indicated that the surface treatment of the film in Na-naphthaline solution could obviously enhance its adhesive strength with fluoride resin,and had a little effect on the intrinsic performance of the film.
