摘　　要：分析了制约谢二矿矿井产量的主要因素，介绍了该矿作为一个老矿，为改善矿区安全状况，稳定矿井产量，针对矿井自身特点进行的通风系统改造，出煤系统改造及开采方法优化设计。s － The paper analyses the major factors restricting mine production of No． 2 Xiejiaji Mine， which is an old mine， and describes the transformation of ventilation system and coal mining system and the optimizing design of mining method conducted by the mine according to the features of the mine itself in order to improve safety conditions in this mining area and stabilizing mine production.
