口服大蒜防治门脉高压症术后感染的临床对照研究

摘  要:目的评价食用植物大蒜在围手术期预防感染的有效性和安全性。方法选择同期住院门脉高压症患者施行脾切除加贲门周围血管离断术的病例95例,随机分成试验组和对照组进行临床对照研究,试验组(50例):食用大蒜联合头孢曲松钠预防术后感染;对照组(45例):单用头孢曲松钠预防术后感染。结果试验组术后感染率(4.0%)明显低于对照组(17.8%),差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论食用适量大蒜可增强机体免疫功能,有效降低围手术期感染率,特别是对防治真菌感染疗效显著,且无毒副作用、价格低廉,是理想的辅助性抗感染药。【Objective】 To evaluate the effect and safety of Allium sativum on prevention of postoperative infection.【Methods】 95 patients who underwent splenectomy during the same period were elected and divided into trial group and control group randomly.Trial group(n =50): 1.0 ceftriaxone sodium was given by intravenous drip at preoperative 30 min,once a day after operation for 3 days and had 3 petals allium sativum each day during patients’ hospitalization.Control group(n =45): 1.0 ceftriaxone sodium was given by intravenous drip at preoperative 30 min,once a day after operation for 3 days.【Results】 A significant lower incidence of postoperative infection occurred in trial group compared with control group(P &lt;0.05).【Conclusion】 To have right amount allium sativum can improve body’s immune and decrease the incidence of postoperative infection.It never has side effects and low cost,it is a kind of great auxiliary antimicrobial.
