摘 要:利用氧化钙(CaO)遇水(H2O)放出大量热的原理,研制了以聚碳酸酯树脂(食品级,PC)为外壳的牛奶加热笔。讨论了CaO与H2O的比例、氧化钙用量对牛奶温度的影响,通过热失重测试和示差扫描量热仪测试,分析了PC的热性能。结果表明,CaO和H2O的质量分别为30 g和17 g时,可将200 mL牛奶从23℃加热至39℃,符合人们对温热口感的需求。该设计具有快速加热、结构简单、操作便捷的特点。In this paper, by using of the principle that the reaction of calcium oxide (CaO) and water (H2O) released much quantity of heat, we developed a kind of milk heating pen and its shell is the resin of polycarbonate (food grade, PC). The effect of temperature of milk on proportion CaO and H2O, quality of CaO were studied. Thermal properties of PC were measured by TG and DSC. It show that when the quality of calcium oxide and water is 30 g and 17 g respectively, 200 mL milk can be heated from 23℃ to 39℃, this temperature could meet with the needs of people's taste. The characters of milk heating pen are heating rapidly, simple structure and operating easily.
