铁精矿滤饼水分影响因素的研究

摘　　要：本文以程潮铁矿铁精矿为试样 ,研究了给矿粒度、矿浆 p H值、助滤剂的种类和用量对其滤饼水分的影响。结果表明给矿粒度对滤饼水分的影响最大 ,添加助滤剂 Drimax1 2 35可以降低滤饼水分。The factors influencing the cake moisture of iron concentrate were investigated in this paper.The factors studied included the size of the concentrate, the pH of pulp and the kinds and dosage of filter aids.The results showed that the most important factor was the size of concentrate,and the cake moisture can be markedly decreased by adding filter aid Drimax1235.
