摘　　要：在地籍测量和房地产测量中 ,界址点的点位精度至关重要 ,其直接影响宗地的面积及其四邻的位置关系 .文章比较详细地分析了采用电磁波测距仪配合经纬仪进行界址点测量时产生距离误差的主要原因 ,并推导出了距离误差的改正公式 ,具有实际应用价值 .In the survey of cadastre and real estate,it is very important for position precision of boundary point because it directly influences parcel area and position relationship around it.It analyses the main reason of distance error when using electromagnetic distance measuring instrument and theodolite to survey boundary point,and gives the correction formula of distance error.It is practicle and valuable.
