摘　　要：针对当前视频监控系统中带宽有限而用户数大量增加的情况,提出了一种基于RTP/RTCP的视频分发方法,该方法主要应用于大型的级联视频监控系统中,实现了一路视频数据的多个终端接收。首先介绍了视频监控系统的一般组成,接着说明了视频分发服务器实现的必要性,然后进行了转发与直接接收的视频效果对比,最后对该设计做了总结。In this paper,the current video surveillance system bandwidth is limited and a lot of increase in the number of users,based RTP/RTCP of video distribution method,this method is mainly used in large-scale cascade in the video surveillance system,all the way video data more than one terminal to receive. The micle first introduces the general composition of the video surveillance system, then the need for video distribution server implementations, and then proceed to the realization of specific instructions, and then forwarding and direct reception of video contrast, Finally, the design is summarized.
