摘  要:目的观察配伍、煎煮时间及服药时间对麻黄发汗作用的影响。方法将100只SD大鼠随机分为空白组20只,麻黄组和麻黄+桂枝组各40只。根据给药后的观察时间在以上分组的基础上又随机分为10小组,即空白组分为2组,麻黄组和麻黄+桂枝组各分为4组,每组10只。实验条件为室温(25±1)℃,给药温度(35±2)℃。各组给药剂量为3g/200g,空白组给予等量相同温度的生理盐水,其他每组分别灌服煎煮15min或30min的麻黄、麻黄+桂枝水煎液,分别于给药30min或60min观察大鼠后足趾肉垫汗腺着色点数和大鼠后足跖肉垫汗腺分泌量。结果麻黄+桂枝组大鼠后足趾汗腺着色点数及汗腺分泌量均明显多于相同条件的空白组、麻黄组(P<0.05);各煎煮30min组在灌服时间相同的情况下大鼠后足趾汗腺着色点数及汗腺分泌量明显多于煎煮15min组(P<0.05);各灌服30min组在药物煎煮时间相同的情况下大鼠后足趾汗腺着色点数及汗腺分泌量明显多于灌服60min组(P<0.05)。结论麻黄配伍桂枝在煎煮30min、服药后30min时发汗作用最显著。Objective To observe the effect of combination, boiling time and administration time on diaphoretic function of Mahuang (Herba Ephedrae). Methods One hundred SD rats were randomized into the blank group (n=20), Mahuang group (n=40) and Mahuang-Guizhi (Ramulus Cinnamorni) group (n=40). The rats in the above groups were randomized into 10 subgroups according to the administration need, with 10 in each. The blank group was divided to 2 subgroups and both administration groups were divided to 4 subgroups respectively. The experiment was conducted at room temperature of (25± 1) ℃ and the administration temperature was (35±2)℃. The dose in each group was 3 g/200 g. The blank group was given equivalent normal saline at temperature of (35 ± 2)℃. The rats in other groups were given Mahuang or Mahuang-Guizhi decocted for 15 rain or 30 min respectively. The colored points of sweat glands and sweat secretion of toe pad on the back foot were observed after 30rain or 60 min of administration. Results The colored points of sweat glands and sweat secretion in the Mahuang-Guizhi group were significantly increased as compared with the blank group and Mahuang group at the same administration temperature and room temperature (P〈0.05). At the same administration time, the colored points of sweat glands and sweat secretion were significantly increased after 30min decoction as compared with after 15min decoction (P〈 0.05). After same decoction time, the colored points of sweat glands and sweat secretion were significantly increased at 30 rain after administration as compared with at 60min after administration (P〈 0.05). Conclusion The diaphoretic function of Mahuang-Guizhi decoction is most potent after 30 min decoction and at 30 min after administration.
