摘  要:现有的特快速暂态过电压(VFTO)窗口式传感器一般用绝缘膜制作低压臂电容,传感器的制作过程对手工工艺的依赖性很大,且温湿度的变化对绝缘膜有一定的影响,容易改变传感器的低压臂电容值。为此,研制了一种低压臂电容外置的新型窗口式传感器,通过使用高性能集中参数电容器代替传统的绝缘薄膜制作的电容,解决了温湿度变化对测量系统分压比的影响,提高了传感器的制作工艺水平。通过内置探头波阻抗匹配设计,防止了高频信号在传输过程中的畸变;通过采用电容并联设计及降低引线电感的方法,提高了传感器的测量频带。试验结果表明,这种新型传感器的低频截止频率<10Hz,高频截止频率>204 MHz,满足特快速暂态过电压测量的频带要求。利用该传感器在武汉1 000kV特高压交流试验基地对隔离开关操作所引发的特快速暂态过电压进行了数百次测量,验证了系统的长期测量可靠性。Most of the existing port hole capacitive sensors used for very fast transient overvoltage (VFTO) measurement in GIS adopt low-voltage arm capacitance made of insulation films. The performance of these sensors relies heavily on their manufacture process, meanwhile, the low-voltage arm capacitance can be easily changed by temperature and humidity due to their influences on the insulation films. Thus, we developed a new type of VFTO port hole sensor. Instead of insulation-film-made capacitors, surface encapsulation type capacitors were adopted, solving the problem that voltage division ratio changes with temperature and humidity. In order to prevent the high frequency signal from distorting during transmission, the wave impedance of the sensor was matched to the cable. On the low voltage side, for expanding the frequency band of sensor, we adopted a parallel structure of capacitors and a smaller inductance of lead. Tests of the sensor showed that it had the low-frequency cut-off frequency lower than 10 Hz, and the high-frequency cut-off frequency higher than 204 MHz. The sensor was applied in the ultra high voltage AC test base in Wuhan, and the VFTO caused by operating disconnector had been successfully measured for hundreds of times, indicating the long-term reliability of the proposed sensor.
