低温热水地板辐射换热器传热简化模型的改进

摘　　要：对目前地板辐射换热器散热量计算所采用的简化传热计算模型"复合肋片传热模型"进行了全面分析,在此基础上对该传热模型的传热分析过程进行了改进,改进以后的传热模型计算速度和计算精度得到了有效提高,计算结果与现场实际测试结果数据误差在5%以内.The simplified heat transfer calculation model named the composite-fin heat transfer model was throughly analyzed for calculating the heat output of the floor heat exchanger. Furthermore, the way of analyzing the heat transfer process had been improved, giving rise to the more accuracy and speed of the calculation. As a result, the difference between the calculation results and measured data is within 5%.
