摘  要:针对复杂机电系统由于制造条件或成本过高等限制无法建立与原型完全相似的缩尺模型问题,作者以元件活跃性为基础,结合相似理论提出了一种复杂机电系统动力学相似模型的建立方法,该方法通过运用能量法分析系统中各元件的活跃性及其对系统特性的影响程度,元件活跃性越低对系统行为的影响程度越小,改变极低活跃性元件尺度大小不影响系统的响应,因此建立模型时对低活跃性元件可以不按照完全相似比进行缩尺也可以保证模型和原型的动力学相似。实例分析表明该方法可以有效地指导相似模型的建立。Scale model completely similar to prototype often cannot be established in the model experiment of complex electromechanical system because of limit of manufacturing conditions or high costs. In this study, based on elements' activity, a new method of establishing similar model of complex electromechanical system is proposed. By using energy approach, analyzing elements' activity and its impact on system characteristics, the analysis shows that the lower element activity is, the smaller the influence of element on the behavior of the system will be, and the response of system will not be affected by changing size of low activity element, therefore, the dynamics of model and prototype are still completely similar even if low activity elements of scale model are not similar with prototype The example analysis shows this method is an effective guide to establish scale similar model.
