摘 要:好氧颗粒污泥同步脱氮除磷工艺作为一种新型生物处理技术,受到广泛关注。在SBR反应器中,以培养成熟的同步脱氮除磷颗粒污泥为对象,采用A/O交替运行方式,研究在后续70d的运行中颗粒污泥特性及反应器的除污效果。试验结果表明,颗粒污泥为淡黄色,呈球形或椭球形,边缘清晰,结构致密,平均粒径为0.8mm,单颗粒污泥沉速在31~43m/h之间,SVI为20mL/g;污泥中的TP含量在15%左右,污泥的最大释磷速率和最大吸磷速率分别为42.45和20.59mg/(gVSS·h);反应器对COD、氮及磷的去除率均在90%以上,出水SS平均为20mg/L。The aerobic granular sludge for simultaneous phosphorus and nitrogen removal, as a new type biological treatment technology, is paid more and more attention. In SBR reactor operated under the anaerobic and aerobic alternative condition, the granular sludge for the simultaneous nitrogen and phosphorus removal was cultured, and the sludge characteristics and the operation effect of the reactor were investigated within 70 d. The results showed that the granular sludge was pale yellow, spherical or ellipse with compact structure; the average diameter was 0.8 mm; the settling velocity was between 31 m/h and 43 m/h, the SVI was 20 mL/g; the TP content in the granular sludge was about 15% ; the maximum phosphorus release rate and the maximum phosphorus uptake rate were 42.45 mg/( gVSS · h) and 20.59 mg/( gVSS · h) respectively. The removal rates of COD, nitrogen and phosphorus were all above 90% , and the effluent SS was 20 mg/L.
