摘 要:为促进早春短日照草坪植被巴林(早熟禾的一种)的生长,提高冷季型草坪植被的面源污染截留能力,选择两种土著丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)——摩西球囊霉(GM)和根内球囊霉(GI),分别考察单菌和混合菌剂(MI)侵染对早熟禾生长指标、光合生理特性及氮(N)、磷(P)截留能力的影响。结果表明:不同AMF菌剂侵染对早熟禾均有不同程度的促生作用,并且混合菌剂的效果最为明显。与空白试验相比,MI侵染的早熟禾株高、地上及地下生物量分别增加24.04%、24.46%和59.62%,净光合速率(Pn)和水分利用率(WUE)分别提高17.05%和21.61%,氮、磷的截留能力分别提高5.99%和5.52%。MI混合菌剂是适用于早熟禾草坪人工强化建植的优选菌剂,可有效提高草坪植被生长活性及对氮、磷的截留能力,有望成为一种高效的治理面源污染的新方法。Two kinds of indigenous arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF), Glomus mosseae and Glomus intraradices were selected to improve the growth of Barlin (Poa pratensis L. ) and its control of non-point source pollution in the short days of early spring. The effects of single fungi and mixed fungi on Barlin' s growth, physiological characteristics of photosynthesis and N-P interception ability were investigated. The results indicated that the different AMF-inoeulation treatments were helpful to the growth-promoting effect of Barlin, and the effect of the mixed fungi was most obvious. Compared with the blank treatment, the mixed fungi-inoculation treatment could increase the height, aboveground biomass and underground biomass by 24.04% , 24.46% and 59.62% , the photosynthesis rate and water use efficiency by 17.05% and 21.61%, and the N and P interception ability by 5.99% and 5.52%, respectively.The mixed fungi was the best choice for artificially improving the growth of Barlin and its N and P interception ability, it was expected to become a new method for controlling non-point source pollution.
