摘　　要：体质是人的生命活动、劳动和工作能力的物质基础 ,实现“科教兴国”需要健康的身体做保障。为此 ,我们对河南省高校教工的体质和体育锻炼状况进行了测定和调查 ,旨在为教职工了解自身的体质现状和开展健身活动提供参考。Physique is the material base of man′s life activities,labor and work ability. In realizing the goal of “Prospening our country with science and education”,it is essential for people to have good health.Therefore,we made a survey and investigation on the physique and physical exercise of the faculty of Colleges and Universities in Henan province. Our purpose is to provide for the faculty with reference of their physique and developing physical exercise.
