摘　　要：市场经济新秩序过程中 ,体育运动商业化、体育人才流动化已是我国体育事业发展的必然趋势 ,它是社会多层次的需要。体育人才的流动有利于多出人才、快出人才、出好人才。运用价值规律才能有效发挥体育人才的作用 ,把体育事业办得更好。In the new market economic order,it has become the tendency for sports to be commercialized and spotrs talents to be mobile and it is the multi-level need of the current society.Flow of the sports talents is conducive to producing more and quick talents,so an effective application of the law of value will bring about more efficient functions from such talents.
