摘 要:为解决性能需求满足与工程特性实现的冲突协调问题,提出一种基于可拓传导变换的冲突协调方法。首先划分客户群并构建对应产品需求集,生成需求层次化结构模型。应用质量功能配置方法将需求映射为工程特性,获取工程特性冲突强弱关系;分析工程特性实现与零部件构成的关联性,建立零部件传导链。结合可拓形式化建模方法,构建冲突要素基元模型、传导矛盾网以及传导矛盾环,生成工程特性和零部件的冲突模型。通过可拓逻辑推理获取基础变换信息库,给出冲突问题的协调算法和流程。以螺杆空压机为例进行了整机噪声性能优化与结构的冲突协调,并在解决螺杆空压机运行时的强噪声问题方面验证了所提方法的有效性。To coordinate the conflict problem of performance requirement satisfaction with engineering characteristics, a conflict coordination method based on extension conductive transformation was presented. The hierarchical structure model of requirement was established through dividing customer base and establishing the corresponding product needs set. The requirement was mapped to the engineering characteristics by using Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method, and the conflict relationship among engineering characteristics could be obtained. The conductive chain of main product parts was built after analyzing the relevance between engineering characteristic and parts component. According to the method of extension formal modeling, the element model, conductive conflict net and conductive conflict circle of conflict factors were established. Thus the conflict model of engineering characteris- tics and parts was generated. The basic transformation base was obtained through extension logic reasoning. Mean- while, the resolution algorithm steps and the procedure for the conflict problem were given. Screw compressor was taken as an example to coordinate the conflict between product noise performance optimization and the structure, and the effectiveness of proposed method was validated by solving the big noise problem in screw compressor's operating.
