摘  要:以细菌生长速度、以及细菌在腐植酸微污染水中对CODMn、UV254和Color410的降解能力为筛选标准,从自来水厂实际使用的生物活性炭上分离并经驯化的20株细菌中,筛选出一株与食酸菌属菌株MN33.2(Acidovorax sp.MN33.2)同源性为99%的腐植酸降解菌。在腐植酸初始浓度为5~20mg/L,pH为3~8,水温为20~35℃,以及反应时间为24h条件下,该菌株对腐植酸微污染水样中CODMn的去除率呈现出随腐植酸初始浓度增加或水温的提高、或随pH降低而增加的趋势。在腐植酸初始浓度为20mg/L、pH为7、水温为20℃、反应时间为48h条件下,该菌株对腐植酸微污染水样中CODMn的去除率达到49.1%。Using growth slightly polluted waster speed as well as CODMn, as a standard for screening UV254 and Color410 degradation abilities in humic acid (HA) HA-degrading bacteria. A strain of bacterium was screened out and marked as strain F5 among 20 strains of bacteria isolated from a biological activated carbon (BAC) reactor in a water purification plant. The homology of strain F5 with Acidovorax sp. MN33.2 was 99%. In the ranges of initial HA concentration 5-20 mg/L, pH 3-8, and water temperature 20-35 ℃ at reaction time 24 hours, CODM. removal rate by using the strain F5 increased with the increase of initial HA concentration or temperature, or with the decrease of pH. Under the initial HA concentration of 20 mg/L, pH of 7.0, water temperature of 20 ℃ and reaction time of 48 hours, COD,. removal rate by using strain F5 reached 49. 1%.
