摘　　要：以紫外可见分光光度法测定土壤中有效磷的含量,此方法操作简便,仪器常见,专一性强,准确度高及结果可靠等优点,符合测定结果和分析的技术要求.In this paper, using ultraviolet visible spectrophotometric method for the determination of available phosphorus content in soil, this method has the advantages of simple operation, instrument common, strong specificity, high accuracy and the results are reliable, consistent with the measured results and the analysis of the technical requirements.
