摘　　要：机动卫勤力量是多样化军事任务卫勤保障的主要力量之一。由于环境恶劣、经济落后、交通不便,高原地区卫勤保障任务重、难度高。本文结合某高原地区医院历年训练实践,探讨在高原地区组织实施机动卫勤分队训练的方式方法,为将来高原地区机动卫勤分队训练与执行卫勤保障任务提拱参考借鉴。Mobile medical team plays an increasingly important role in medical support for multiple military operations. Medical support at high altitude was supposed to be a heavy and difficult mission, due to the tough environment, uncultured economics and inconvenient traffic. The author discussed the training approaches of mobile medical team according to the experience of a hospital at high altitude, and provided useful references for the mobile medical team＇s training and carrying out medical support missions at high altitude in the future.
