摘　　要：军队中小医院与军地高等医学院校联合培养研究生,已成为日常教学工作的重要组成和必然趋势。为确实提高研究生培养水平和保证教学质量,医院应该注重强化日常生活管理、导师队伍建设、学生党建工作、思想政治教育和强化院校资源共享。A certain trend has become true in joint training of the postgraduates by military and local medical universities, and small- medium- sized military hospitals in current situation. To improve the training quality, the management emphsis should be put on the following work ： the daily life management, the construction of tutor team and the students＇ party organization, students＇ ideological and political education and resource sharing between hospital and universities.
