摘　　要：目的 采用中指拇化治疗手部爆炸伤并观察其临床疗效.方法 2006年4月-2012年2月对临床13例手部爆炸伤患者采用中指拇化的手术方式治疗并给予术后随访.结果 所有手术均顺利完成,随访3～36个月,骨愈合良好,移位中指外形美观,血运及感觉良好,两点辨别觉2.5～3.5 mm,为异位感觉,移位的中指功能良好,按TAM系统评定法对移位后拇指功能进行评价,优9例,良4例.结论 采用中指拇化术治疗手部爆炸伤安全、可靠、临床效果显著.Objective To introduce the surgical techniques of middle finger pollicization for treatment of shrapnel wounds of hand and to observe the recovery of postoperative patients. Methods During April 2006 to February 2012, 13 cases were treated by middle finger pollicization, and the patients were followed up. Results The operations were finished successfully. The patients were followed up for 3 months to 3 years postoperatively, the bones healed, overall appearance was satisfactory and have a good function,The middle finger have a good vascular supply and feeling, 2-PD was from 2.5 to 3.5 mm. The function of the thumb was accessed by TAM system excellent in 9 cases, fine in 4 cases. Conclusion The treatment shrapnel wounds of hand is optional, for its （American Society for surgery of the hand, 1975）, the surgical techniques of middle finger pollicization for safe, dependable and a striking clinical effect.
