抗生素骨水泥珠链联合皮瓣移植在手外伤修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨应用抗生素骨水泥珠链填塞联合皮瓣移植修复急性重度污染手部创面的疗效.方法 对12例重度手外伤创面严格清创,抗生素珠链填塞骨缺损,皮瓣有效覆盖,二期行珠链取出,观察和探讨该方法对治疗重度污染的手外伤的疗效.结果 术后所有皮瓣未出现血管危象,皮瓣有效覆盖创面,无渗出,1个月后二期行珠链取出.术后病例均获随访,患肢功能良好.结论 采用抗生素骨水泥珠链填塞联合皮瓣移植修复治疗重度污染性手外伤,能获得较好的临床效果.Objective To investigate the apphcation of antibiotic bone cement beads tamponade combined with flap transplantation to treat acute severe pollution of hand trauma. Methods 12 cases with severe hand injury were strictly debrided, antibiotic bead chain packing, flap covering the wound, and observed and investigated the effect of treating severe pollution of the hand injury. Results There were no vascular crisis in aii flaps, and effective coverage of the wound, after 1 month, bead chains were put out. After following-up, the limb function was good. Conclusion Using antibiotic-impregnated cement beads tamponade combined with flap transplantation in the treatment of severe pollution of hand trauma, it obtained the better clinical result.
