摘　　要：国际法学方法论作为研究国际法的一种新角度,并非仅是国际法学方法的简单叠加,而是一个复杂的综合体系。这一体系主要包含三个方面的内容:研究者主观立场之实证主义与价值主义;研究的素材客体之学说、规则与实践;研究的阐述路径之单独路径与比较路径。只有综合分析、全面理解以上三方面的内容,才有可能从方法论角度进一步实现国际法学科的整体发展。The Methodology of the International Law, offering a new angle on research regarding International Law, is not mere an assembly of all kinds of methods of International Law, but a complex and integrated system, which contains the following three major parts： the positivism and value criticism of the researcher＇s subjective standing; the theories, rules and practice of the material objects of the research; and the approaches to be applied to the research -- one-target-oriented approach or comparative approach. Only by basing on comprehensive analysis and understanding of the above-mentioned three parts, is it possible to realize the goal which is to promote the integral development of the international law as a subject from the methodology perspective.
