摘　　要：AHP法是一种将定量与定性分析结合在一起的决策思维方法。对于足球运动员身体形态选材这样一个包含多个因素而且不能完全依赖数据的综合性过程 ,采用AHP法将测量所得数据和教练员的定性判断科学地结合起来 ,可有效地提高选材成功率 ,是一种切实可行的科学决策法。AHP is a kind of methodology in policy-making that combines quantitative and qualitative analysis. It is a multiple procedure in selecting soccer player′s body types which includes many factors, but we don′t completely rely on those data. Using AHP method scientifically combines both the measured data and coach′s qualitative judgement, so it is a kind of scientific method of policy-making and can also effectively improve the successful rate in selecting soccer players.
