摘 要:为了探讨研究出混输泵整体性能最优时的导叶叶片出口安放角值,以自主研制的第三代YQH-100气液混输泵为研究对象,利用Fluent软件中的多体坐标系、标准k-ε模型、Mixture模型及SIMPLE算法,对混输泵导叶叶片出口安放角分别为60°、70°、80°、90°的4种情况,气体体积含气率分别为0、10%~90%的10种工况下进行三维流场数值模拟,绘制混输泵相对扬程、效率随含气率变化曲线.结果表明,导叶叶片出口安放角大小对前级动叶压力面和下级动叶吸力面的流动影响较大;混输泵导叶叶片出口安放角为60°时混输泵整体性能最优.In order to research the exit setting angle of guide vane when the performance of multiphase pump is optimal, the three-dimensional numeric simulation of such pump was conducted based on the third generation YQH-100 multiphase pump independently developed. The gas-liquid mixing pump was re- searched and analyzed when the exit setting angle of its guide vane was 60°, 70°, 80° and 90° and gas vol- ume content was from 0 to 90°with 10% interval. Multi-body coordinate system, standard k-e model, Mixture model and SIMPLE algorithm were adopted on the platform of software Fluent. The variation curves of the three-dimensional numerical simulation, relative head and efficiency of the multiphase pump vs the gas content were plotted. The result showed that when the exit setting angle of guide vane was 60°, the performance of multiphase pump would be optimal.
