新疆产业结构对就业结构偏离效应实证研究

摘　　要：运用改革开放以来新疆的数据,实证分析产业结构对就业结构的偏离效应。结果显示:新疆各地州的产业结构对就业结构偏离效应有很大差异;第一产业存在大量剩余劳动力;第二产业的产业结构和就业结构的偏离效应正在扩大,存在很大的就业缺口;第三产业的就业空间已经饱和。最后根据实证研究结论指出新疆目前产业就业发展面临的问题。Using the data of Xinjiang since the implementation of the Reform and Opening-up Policy, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the deviation effect of Xinjiang regional industry on the employment structure. It concludes that： there exists a big difference in the deviation effects between Xinjiang regional industrial structure and the employment structure; there is a big surplus labor in the primary industry and the deviation effect of the industrial structure and the employment structure is expanding in the secondary industry -- a big employment demand. The employment in the tertiary industry is nearly saturated. Finally, it points out the problems currently facing the industry and employment development in Xinjiang.
