中医分期辨证联合外治疗法治疗小儿肺炎的多中心临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]多中心观察中医分期辨证结合外治法治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效。[方法]按随机、对照、多中心方法,将300例小儿肺炎患儿随机分为中医内外合治组、中医内治组和对照组各100例。中医内外合治组予西医基础治疗、中医辨证施治内服及静滴和"小儿敷贴粉"敷贴及穴位微波;中医内治组予西医基础治疗、中医辨证施治内服及静滴;对照组予西医基础治疗。观察三组疾病总疗效和中医证候急性期及恢复期疗效。[结果]总疗效、中医证候急性期和恢复期的愈显率中医内外合治组分别为100%、95%和78%;中医内治组分别为90%、82%和54%;对照组分别为81%、74%和27%。中医内外合治组疗效明显优于中医内治组,中医内治组明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学显著性意义(P<0.01)。[结论]中医分期辨证结合外治法治疗小儿肺炎可显著提高临床疗效。[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of TCM stage differentiation combined with external therapy on children pneumonia.[Method] With random,control and multi-center method,divide 300 cases into TCM internal and external combination group（1）,TCM internal treatment group（2）and control group（3）.The group 1 took western medicine basic therapy,TCM treatment based on differentiation（oral taking and vein drip）,and applied with ＂Children Application Powder＂ and acupoint microwave;the group 2,western medicine basis,TCM differentiation,oral taking,vein drip;the group 3,only western medicine.Observe their total effective rates and the cure effect in TCM signs acute and recovery periods.[Result] For the group 1,the total effective rate,the marked effect rates in TCM sign acute and recovery periods were respectively 100%,95% and 78%;for group 2,they were 90%,82% and 54%;for group 3,81%,74% and 27%.The group 1 was much better than group 2,the group 2 better than group 3,with difference of statistical meaning.[Conclusion] TCM stage differentiation combined with external therapy could improve clinical cure effect on children pneumonia.
