太旨黄特型绍兴黄酒对糖尿病大鼠的影响

摘　　要：[目的]观察探讨太旨黄特型绍兴黄酒对糖尿病大鼠的影响及其作用机制。[方法]采用链脲佐菌素腹腔注射诱导大鼠糖尿病模型,70只健康雌性Wistar大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、普通黄酒对照组、太旨黄纯药物组、太旨黄低剂量组、太旨黄中剂量组和太旨黄高剂量组7组,每组10只。分别给予相应药物,1次/d,连续灌胃60天。酶比色法检测血清大鼠血糖、胰岛素、糖化血红蛋白,尿糖改变。[结果]分别与模型组、普通黄酒组比较,太旨黄各组均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。[结论]太旨黄特型绍兴黄酒对糖尿病大鼠有一定的干预作用。[Objective]To observe and explore the effect and mechanism of ’Tai Zhi Huang Special Type Yellow Rice Wine’ on the rats.[Methods]By peritoneal cavity injection with streptozotocin（STZ）,the DM rats model was induced.70 healthy female Wistar rats were randomly divided into 7 groups which were the normal group,the model group,the ordinary rice wine group,the ’Tai Zhi Huang’ herbs group,the low dosage,medium dosage and high dosage of ’Tai Zhi Huang Special Type Yellow Rice Wine’ groups.Every group had 10 rats.In the following 60 days,the corresponding drugs were used to feed the rats in different groups once a day.By enzyme colorimetry method,tested the levels of blood glucose,insulin,glycated hemoglobin,urine glu cose and observed the pathological changes of pancreas.[Results]There were significant differences between ordinary rice wine and the ’Tai Zhi Huang Special Type Yellow Rice Wine’ groups（P＆lt;0.05）.[Conclusion]’Tai Zhi Huang Special Type Yellow Rice Wine’ had intervention action in diabetic rats.
